Attention to sweets and treats

Although they are tasty and nutritious many sweets are the great villains of a diet rich in calories, lipids and sugar, which can result from tooth decay, diabetes and other diseases related to the amount of sugar that each product contains.

Sugar is the big villain of a balanced nutritional diet, and can cause addiction and other causes harmful to your body, it is an invisible villain, which in time can bring consequences.

Children are the main victims of these calories, often losing protein and essential vitamins found in natural fruits and vegetables, primary sources in a healthy diet, but many adults do not stand and also eat a lot of sweets and goodies.

This is not to restrict or abolish this type of food, but to draw attention to the ratio of the proportion that is eaten this kind of food, and these foods can influence your decision to a healthier diet.

Could list a number of them, however one must be aware of what they eat because the sugar in large quantities can cause a certain product dependency, and in large quantities may interfere with your way of eating.

So when you eat some sweet be aware that product, the amount of sugar described in the packaging, if in agreement, as well as sugar, another major villain is the amount of salt in some products.

If eating chocolate, gradually decrease your amount not to get hooked.
