Attention to candy and goodies

Although they are tasty and many of them nutritious the sweets are the great villains of a diet rich in calories, lipids and sugar, where it can cause from cavities, diabetes, among other diseases related to the amount of sugar that each product contains.

Sugar is the great villain of a balanced nutritional diet, which can cause addiction and other harmful causes to your body.

Children are the primary victims of these calories, but many adults do not resist and also eat lots of sweets and treats.

It is not a matter of restricting or abolishing this type of food, but rather of alerting to the ratio of the proportion that this type of food is eaten.

It could enumerate a quantity of them, nevertheless it is necessary to be aware of what we eat, since the sugar in great amount can cause dependence of certain product.

And what about light, and diet candies?

These foods should contain the right amount so that the diabetic can eat or drink without any possible consequence for that person, because often diabetes is the most common cause for a sugar sweet to increase blood glucose.

So when you're eating some candy be aware of that product, because like sugar, another big villain is salt.

If you are going to eat chocolate, gradually reduce your amount so you do not get hooked.
